Mike Roderick is a partner with Clyde & Co in London and has specialised in cargo, specie and fine art insurance for over 30 years acting for London and foreign market insurers and reinsurers across a wide range of issues and disputes, both in arbitration and Court proceedings up to the UK’s Supreme Court. He has been instructed as an expert to give evidence on English law for foreign court proceedings on numerous occasions and co-ordinated coverage defences for clients in proceedings in many different jurisdictions.
