So you forgot your ifasic account password or you have received an email informing you that your account on the ifasic website has been created, but you don’t know your password, there is no need to panic, to reset your password go to the ifasic login page and on the login window click on the link “Forgot your password?”.

Here you will need to enter your “Username or Email” and write the answer to the antispam question, after that click the button “Request Secret Key”. The system will send you an email with the secret key to use to reset your password, copy and paste the secret key into the “Your Secret Key” field, enter your new password and confirm it.

Please note: we strongly advise you to use strong passwords, do so by using a combination of upper and lower case letters, include at least one number and a special characters like the following: £ $ € @ ! & _ –

Once again, write the answer to the antispam question and then click the button “Change my Password”.

Your password is now changed and you are now able to login into your account, simply enter your Username and Password and click on the login button.
