Looking back to a successful conference in Budapest last year, we are delighted to announce that the 2025 ifasic event will be taking place on Wednesday 22nd October at the superb Wyndham Hotel in Athens.
The conference launches with our annual Welcome Drinks on the evening of Wednesday 22nd. The conference programme takes place over two days, 23rd and 24th October 2025, where our delegates will have an opportunity to attend presentations and workshops being given by some of the world’s leading experts in the fine art and specie area, who will be giving their views on various issues relating to the market today.

* €1299.00 is based on the first 50 delegates, booked prior to the 31st May. Two nights’ accommodation, breakfast and lunch is included in the conference ticket price. The standard conference ticket price with hotel accommodation after the first 50 delegates places sold or from the 31st May, whichever comes first, is €1349.00.
** The two conference nights’ accommodation at the chosen ifasic 5* hotel is included in the ticket price, any additional night(s) is an additional obligatory cost to the delegate. Delegates benefit from a discounted rate which includes breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi, and all taxes.

Wyndham Grand Athens hotel is fully renovated, to a new haven of affordable luxury in the centre of Athens. Conveniently located right next to Metaxourgeio metro station Wyndham Grand Athens hotel is the ideal starting point to explore every major attraction and significant landmarks within minutes. With two high standard venues, located opposite to each other at the same street, the Wyndham is ideal for our conference and to explore the historical city.
The hotel is approximately 45 minutes by taxi from Athens Airport.
Standard Single Room

Junior Suite Acropolis View
Grace and elegance go hand-in-hand in our Junior Suite with breathtaking Acropolis view. The spacious living room is separated from bed area with a wooden carved partition which has in both sides two LED LCD TV 43’’ for undisturbed watching from bed but also from the living room. What to expect
The conference launches with our annual Welcome Drinks on the evening of Wednesday 22nd October, this is an ideal opportunity to meet and socialise with other delegates and the speakers prior to the conference’s formal start on Thursday 23rd at 09:00.
On Thursday 23rd, we begin with presentations from our guest speakers on various subjects and current issues relating to the market.
After a full day of presentations, our delegates and their partners are invited to attend our exclusive Delegate Dinner.
On Friday 24th, we will start the day with workshops followed by further presentations in the main conference room and a delicious lunch.
After lunch we offer you a free tour through the historical city of Athens with lots of highlights.

Directions
To Athens
With many airlines operating flights to and from Athens Airport, delegates will not be short on choice for their flight.
Getting to the Wyndham Hotel
The quickest and easiest way from the airport to the hotel is by taxi, which will cost approximately €50.00 and will take around 45 minutes. Public transport is available from the airport to metro station Metaxourgeio (close to the hotel) and takes approximately 50 minutes.
Members of our Guest Services Team will greet you upon arrival at the hotel to answer any questions you may have.
Networking
As with all ifasic events, our delegates will get plenty of opportunities to meet, network and socialise with their fellow delegates and the speakers. Our conference kicks off with our annual Welcome Drinks on Wednesday, 22nd October.
During the conference itself, delegates can grab five minutes with colleagues they have seen less or introduce themselves to someone new. The networking opportunities continue into Thursday evening, when delegates will be invited to our exclusive Delegate Dinner.
